This is a bit different. No formal induction, no awakening, no hocus pocus. I will just put a thought into your mind and allow it to grow. You will desire to give yourself a swirly, to lose control, to humiliate yourself this way. And the thought will slowly grow stronger and stronger. Until sooner or later you will give in and do it. And then it’s over.

This was insidious. I listened begining of the year, and it was working in me till then. Just working on me, wearing me down. Finally gave in last night. Not sure what to think about it. It was very humiliating to actually have to do it.
