I tried the Altruism 101 file once but thought I’d try this one to see if it could help with the red light bit. I was having problems with the flashing red light as it isn’t something that I can imagine very easily. However, when Vive said to imagine a flashing red light, my eyes started blinking very rapidly and aggressively outside of my control. It was a very interesting reaction. To test it, I just tried masturbating (a good 14 hours since I listened to the file and not to far into it, my eyes started rapidly blinking and even after I stopped they continued to rapidly blink for another 10 secs). This is pretty fascinating to me and I am going to listen again tomorrow to try to reinforce it. I am curious if anyone else has had this type of experience with this file.
Just an update. This worked after the first listen but then after the 2nd listen, not so much. I may have listened 4 times now and today I tried and it seems to have worked. I am not getting any kind of red flashing light effect, which I still find very difficult to imagine, but the reaction I have is my eyes blink quite rapidly and my face scrunches up tightly. I get pretty light headed and disoriented. Even after I stop trying to pleasure myself it lasts for another 10 seconds or so. I am going to keep listening to really reinforce it and hope it sticks.
To answer the question above – this is meant to prevent all self pleasuring including anal, nipples, sex toys, humping, anything. What I like is that it does not prevent pleasure with another person which is great and unlike any other anti-pleasure curses I have come across.
