I don’t want to think is an evil little curse.
You know this situations where you’re faced with a really hard mental problem that stresses you out and you would just love to let it go? This file will teach you to say “I don’t want to think!” and just let it go. And you will feel happy and really good about it. Life is to short for this stress, feeling good is much more important.
Of course over time your definition of a hard mental problem will slowly change… but as you and your life are becoming easier – you will also be happier.
