This recording is a cleaning file that allows you to clean any unwanted hypnotic suggestion and triggers from your mind.
And to make sure that we clean all the unwanted suggestions from your mind I use the “Deep Down” Induction to get you into a very deep state of trance.
Once you are in a deep hypnosis, I will guide you to your inner most mind where you are able to erase all triggers and suggestions that you don’t want anymore. You have two options. The cleaning itself is up to you, therefore you can either focus on a specific suggestion/trigger that you want to conciously want to erase, or you can leave it to your subconscious mind to clean itself. If you choose to do so it will decide which suggesions and triggers are positive for you, and delete all the rest, even the ones you might not even know about.

Yes, there is. Just download and install Internet Download Manager (IDM for short). Than refresh the page and click on play. After that, when you scroll down the page, you’ll have the option to download the audio file (Exactly how I got it). There is 7 or 14 free Eval period. Works everywhere (For audio, apps, pictures… etc.). Lifetime updates license doesn’t cost much either. Good Luck. Enjoy.
I wish to have all my triggers gone as ive fallen asleep to a couple of these on loop and dont kno which ones nor what the triggers are cuz i was out of it wen i woke up and just closed the files
please consider “The Curse String” or “Sandbox” before using Deep Clean. Using String or Sandbox allows you to test a file before commiting to the content. I had a panic attack with “Hard Time” and used “Deep Clean” and these files are gone forever.
Thank you for the audio file. It really helped me remove a lot of triggers, and be at peace after some what? 7 months? Seems everything is back to normal. LOTS of the brain fog are gone, just a lil bit left.
Unfortunately at 28min my internet didnt load up everything, which led up to a weird pause, where I had to reload the page and keep up.
So I’ll have to do it in one sitting another time.
