Couch to five kilometers (Ct5k) for workout submissives. It’s exactly what it sounds like. When you listen to this file, you will pledge to do a ten week, three workouts a week program to be able to run for 30 minutes. And the file will give you the desire to do it, to make me and your dom (if you have one) proud, and get healthier along the way.
You need to listen to “Workout Submissive” before training with this file.
