This is a self help file for introverts. It will give you a trigger you can use on yourself every time you want create a mental bubble around yourself to have some privacy. This is especially useful if you don’t have the opportunity to physically remove yourself from the people around you. This bubble will create a mental disconnection, the people won’t matter as much, and you will feel more relaxed. The bubble will protect your social energy from being drained. You can use it if you need a quick little breath, or you can use it for longer times in situation where you have to wait with a lot of people like in transportation.
Because this is a self help file the inductions are both vanilla, “Night Ride” and “Deep Sea”
